Pre-Requisites
This software application requires that the following pre-requisites are met before installing:
- The model being installed on is a Hewlett Packard (HP) Jedi/FutureSmart model (please check compatibility list)
- The printer or MFP firmware is newer than January 2011

- EM-1022- Resolved issue identified with FS 3.7 firmware on older generation devices such as the CM4540mfp where the boot time is significantly slower than previously and internal sockets could fail to start up due to not being available
- EM-1023- Resolved issue where the first proof or copy of a proof & hold or quick copy job would not be audited due to unknown mixed job category
- EM-1024- Resolved issue identified with FS 3.7 firmware on older generation devices such as the CM4540mfp where the boot time is significantly slower than previously and internal web service connections could fail to register as they are not available
- EM-1025- Resolved issue with internal stored jobs where private jobs were not displayed and user interface behaviour was not consistent (caveat: the "print all" button is shown although does not operate any function)
