Improvements and Fixes (from v1.3.2.31)

EM-980 - Improved logout button behaviour when button is pressed immediately after login in some instances button icon would not be displayed correctly
EM-1015 - Resolved issue with FTP / E-Mail / Fax shortcuts not being honoured when a function specific shortcut option was chosen via the front panel (introduced in v1.3.1.0)
